"Error 403": The 2025 election results page is down.

Speculation about the first official results of the 2025 elections seemed to end at 9 p.m., when the National Electoral Chamber (CNE) had promised to publish the provisional results for this Sunday's elections, but that never happened: for more than twenty minutes, the CNE website remained down, displaying a "403 error."
"Request blocked. We are unable to connect to the server for this application or website at this time," was the message that returned the page for several minutes of high anticipation.
Moments later, the same link was back online, although it redirected to the home page, where the CNE had stated all day: "The website will begin showing election results starting at 9:00 p.m. on October 26." Another ten minutes passed, with the initial results still unavailable.
The 2025 election results page was unstable after 9 p.m.At around 9:15 p.m., it was Chief of Staff Guillermo Francos's turn to speak at the lectern in the counting center. He stated that the government's decision was to release the results with a percentage close to 100% counted. However, given the delay, he would announce the first official figures immediately.
"Good evening, everyone. We apologize for the delay, because we wanted to have 100% of the tables counted. But we had to wait a few more minutes, so we won't," Francos said.
Minutes later, still in his speech, the official confirmed that 90.88% of the polling stations had been counted at that time, and that 67.85% of the total national voter registration had participated.
The map of the election results. At that point, Francos proceeded to share some of the information he had received officially, but reserved for the highest levels of government. The first slide that appeared on the screens in the background of the stage was a map of Argentina's provinces , with more than 16 of them colored violet, the ruling party's color.
In the national deputy category, La Libertad Avanza (LLA) had, up to that point, won 40.84% of the national vote; Fuerza Patria (Kirchnerism) garnered 24.50%; and Provincias Unidas consolidated its position as the third-largest force nationally, with 5.12%.
However, 25 minutes later than promised, the CNE website returned to its faulty state: "Error 403 (...) Please try again later or contact the owner of the application or website." It remained that way until 9:27 p.m., when the provisional results were finally published, with 93.8% of the polling stations counted.
